For Records Requests: 

Due to an increase in electronic phishing and fraud, we have implemented additional verification measures for public records requests.

If you are not a resident of our fire district and we cannot ascertain your business or identity with certainty, you must submit your records request and include proof of identity in the form of a valid government-issued ID that includes your actual physical address. After we have received this, we will proceed with your request.

 If you prefer not to submit these documents electronically, you may deliver them in person or send them via USPS mail to the Administration Office at Fire District 3 at 8383 Agate Rd. White City, OR 97503.

You can also email your records request in letter format along with a copy of your valid ID to: [email protected]

*Note: There may be a fee owed for Records Requests. You will be notified if so, after we process your initial request.
